1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the website rateextra.ae (the "Site") operated by Rate Extra Tourism L.L.C, Office 105-A75, Al Markaz Al Tejari 1 (Commercial Centre 1), Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, DET License No. 1253634 ("Rate Extra", "we").

By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

2. Business-to-business site

The Site presents products and services intended exclusively for licensed travel agencies, tour operators and comparable businesses. Nothing on the Site is an offer to consumers. No prices are published and no booking can be made on the Site.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, its texts, code examples, logos and design are owned by Rate Extra or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your business evaluation. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our written consent. Product names of third parties, including Safaryar Holidays, remain the property of their owners.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site to submit false applications, to scrape or bulk-download content, to interfere with its operation or security, or in breach of applicable law. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies in addition to these terms.

5. Applications and messages

Information you submit through the Site's forms is delivered to us by email and handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting an application does not create a contract; a contract exists only once both parties have signed the General Terms for Agencies.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided as is. Product descriptions, code examples and technical facts are provided for information and are verified against the published API references at build time, but the API references prevail. To the extent permitted by law, Rate Extra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site.

7. Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party sites, including API documentation hosted by TravelDistro and Safaryar Holidays. We are not responsible for their content or terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page identify the current terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the Site.
