Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited uses

• Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent applications or documents.
• Accessing or attempting to access accounts, keys or data that are not yours.
• Scraping, crawling or bulk-downloading content beyond what the API and the Site are designed to serve.
• Reselling access, keys or content outside the scope of your Contract.
• Using the services for unlawful purposes or in breach of sanctions.
• Interfering with the security or availability of the services, including load testing without written consent.

2. API-specific rules

• Honour rate limits and Retry-After.
• Never display cached prices; every price comes from a current search or quote.
• Do not attempt to identify anonymised suppliers or contract around Rate Extra.
• Keep secrets server-side.

3. Consequences

Breach may lead to immediate suspension of access, termination of the Contract and, where appropriate, reports to authorities.
