Partner requirements for travel agencies
Rate Extra works exclusively with licensed travel agencies and tour operators. This page lists who can apply, which licences we accept, which documents we ask for and how the process works.
Who can apply
- Licensed travel agencies
- Licensed tour operators and DMCs
- Online travel agencies, air ticketing and corporate travel agencies holding a valid trade licence and tourism licence
Accepted licences
- TÜRSAB (Türkiye)
- DET (Dubai, United Arab Emirates)
- Tourism authority licence of your country
- IATA accreditation, together with a trade licence (IATA alone is not sufficient)
Other licences are reviewed case by case; select "Other" in the form and describe it in the notes.
Documents we ask for
- Trade licence or commercial register extract
- Tourism licence
- Identity document of the authorised signatory (requested at contract stage through a secure link, not in the form)
