UAE visa for agencies: single vs multiple entry
The visa type is the first question in every UAE application. Getting it right at the point of sale avoids a second application and a second fee for the traveller.
The difference in one sentence
A single entry visa admits the traveller once; a multiple entry visa admits them several times within its validity. Everything else about the trip decides which one fits.
What to ask the customer
- Will the traveller leave the UAE and come back during the trip, for example a side trip to Oman or a cruise?
- Is Dubai a stopover on the way out and again on the way back?
- Is this a one-off holiday or a recurring business itinerary?
How it maps to the API
The visa type is a field on the application. Your booking flow should set it from the answers above instead of defaulting to single entry. If the trip changes after filing, a new application is required.
